Message: Diamond was very friendly and super helpful. When I walked in on 12/3/22 the other 2 associates looked at me and went to doing whatever they were doing. Diamond was the only one to greet me. I had ordered a nameplate necklace for niece and she offered to wrap it for free. She didn't have to do it. She was so friendly and kind. The other two associates should have taken some customer service skills lessons from Diamond. Well done Diamond!

Message: Purchased a bracelet, had a diamond fall out less than a week later. That is not the concern. My wife went on Sunday to see about getting it fixed, the lady at the counter said no manager was available and to come back. My wife goes the next day, same lady tells her to write her name and number and she would order her another one. My question is why could she not have taken her name and number the first visit?. I chose zales due to convenience and the warranty that they offer. IF I choose them again, it will not be for their customer service.
