Message: Monique is the worst customer service representative i have ever spoken with, she says I'm glad I was able to assist you. She did nothing, would not even let me talk, cut me off, was not helpful in placing an order. The driver TC in my area was exceptionally great service. I wanted to give 1 star overall but TC deserves recognition (5star service) as well as nurses and physical therapy folks BUT Monique 0stars. The company needs to evaluate their office staff to get better ratings!
