Anthony explained the various plans, deals, and promotion Verizon had to offer in detail, and was able to answer any and all questions I threw at him. He even drew up a few different scenarios for plans I could go with, and pros and cons of each plan based on my specific needs. He took time to listen to my requirements and made suggestions accordingly. Anthony even went as far as driving all the way to Anniston to retrieve the only phone based on my specs available in the state, just so I wouldn’t have to wait till next week to get it.
