Message: Your store is well organized and well stocked. I shop here regularly. Today i had my best customer service experience because Mary Lou was so friendly and helpful (and quick) I do have one request…. this didn’t happen today but every other time I feel hounded by the check out clerk to download the App. When I politely say no thanks…. the man at the register keeps hounding and “scolding “ me to accept the App on my phone…. I don’t want it. I get the emails and I know my rewards but every time I check out I get the same high pressure request to download the App. And after I refuse it…. the man is mad and rude. Please take the pressure off this sales pitch.

Message: Delivery of the package that I ordered took longer than expected due to the storm. I ordered it to be delivered to the store to avoid any mishaps. However, every time I checked for updates-there were none. 7 days later I called the store and customer service to no avail except suggestion to wait for an update within 24 hours. On the same day I went to this store in person because it showed online having 16 in stock. I talked to the person checking out customers and next the store manager, Sarill. She was so helpful and polite and turned my frustrating experience into a pleasant one. She listened well and responded accordingly. She gave me my missing item out of her store stock as hoped. She knows how to talk to customers as well as to her employees (I noticed). Staples needs more managers like her.
